*Required for New Single Family Home, Reconstructions, Change or Expansion of use.

Engineering Inspections:

Please be aware that our process of scheduling Engineering Inspections has changed. In order to schedule an inspection you may do one of the following things:

Inspection requests must be submitted a minimum of 2 business days prior to the inspection. The inspections will typically be performed between the hours of 8am and 2pm. Therefore all work to be inspected shall be ready prior to 8am the day of the inspection. If the work is not ready at the time of inspection, the inspection will be failed and you will be required to reschedule the inspection with photographs demonstrating the work has been completed.

Engineering must inspect the following items;
• Walls under 4 foot in height (including footing)
          • Footings
          • Wall assembly & backfill
• Sidewalk forms
• Curb forms
• Apron forms
• Drainage improvements such as:
     • Seepage pit or other Storm water BMP
          • Excavation size
          • Stone size & Placement
          • Filter Fabric
          • Seepage pit
          • Overflow solution (tee-wyes, through curb, or back of catch basin)
          • etc
     • Roof leader pipes
• Sanitary Sewer connections
• Final CO Inspection
